SpokeWrite is a journal of art and writing by Inland Northwest contributors. Formerly published quarterly, SpokeWrite is temporarily on hiatus and will return by the end of 2011. We thank everyone for your support of the journal and your continued interest. However, we do respectfully ask that you not inquire when the journal is reopened to submissions; when it happens, we'll announce it on our home page as well as on this page.
We welcome submissions from writers and artists in the greater Inland Northwest in several categories: fiction, nonfiction, poetry, photography, and line art. Further submission information will be available once submissions are reopened. In the meantime, we hope you will check out some of our previous issues
SpokeWrite #6
Summer 2010
Writers and artists from all over the greater Inland Northwest come together in this collection of fiction, nonfiction, poetry, & artwork. From a retired engine crew stealing a retired engine from a railyard to four micro-essays to haiku selections, the latest issue of SpokeWrite is the best yet. Issue #6 also features a new cover design, and inside are writers from Washington, Idaho, and Montana.
